- Fixed a lot of occurrences where the clouds were over brightened and blown out if the player looked towards the horizon.

- Boosted global reflections across the board by an average of 50%. Old version is still up in case you prefer toned back reflections.

- - Updated some of the clouds to be a bit more seamless across cloudy,rain,drizzle,foggy and lighting weathers.
- - Corrected and toned down sun brightness a tiny bit across several weathers to be a little more forgiving on the eyes when you are not directly looking at the sun (it was overly bright due to the previous update boosting skylighting brightness)
- -When updating it's enough to replace timecyc.dat with the new version, other files in the mod remain the same.
