It just replaces the Xbox 360 buttons with those of Dualsense.
Installation
• Open your GTA IV directory (Default game folder) • Open the "PC" folder then "TEXTURES" and replace "buttons_360.wtd" & "browser.wtd" with the files from the "Manual Installation" folder.FOLDER • I recommend making a backup of the original files in case you want to go back to the origins in the future.
