al precionar shift y enter no sucede nada y el juego se mira genial pero en algunos climas sobre todo lluvioso o zonas oscuras se mira borroso o con particulas

i get asking for a native language, but you can use google translate for both reading his comment and responding to him.

This is not how it should be at all. He's the one who wants something (As it seems), so he can use the translator to translate his text, if he's not able to write in English, which is by the way the world language to communicate. It is honestly kinda rude in my opinion to expect someone to speak your language, since there are around 200 countries with different languages on this planet. Just saying.

Because the "latest version" of ENB is really outdated, since it was originally developed for patch 4 (1.0.4.0). A game version that is almost 15 years old at this point. ENB already needs workarounds (dax1 shaders) to work barely on patch 7/8 (1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0) and things are even more broken on the latest patch (1.2.0.59). You'll have to expect broken clouds, fog, shadows and more shaders/effects that aren't working. Gladly there's a good alternative, if you don't want to downgrade. You can use FusionFix on the latest version in combination with timecycle only graphics mods (Visual mods without custom shaders). I made my own timecycle preset with the same art style that this mod haves. The best part is that it even looks better at most time/weather scenarios + it also runs better. You can find my timecycle graphics mod here.

    Hello

The mod work is downgraded did the thing all is good. But in the night its really dark not like the blackscreen problem like in the troubleshooting.

I can still see when im under a light but in an unlight area it is pitch black.

Does anyone know what to do?

I would recommend to upload an image on imgur, so I can confirm that everything looks as intended. If there's nothing wrong with the shaders, then I guess your display/monitor settings aren't that well for dark situations/scenarios. In that case I would try to check the contrast and gamma settings of your monitor.

      Edit:
I totally forgot that night brightness options are included inside the optionals folder. You can try that as well, if you don't want to mess with your monitor settings, even if I would recommend to balance gamma/contrast properly, which is something you would benefit from in general.

I wish I knew the Independence radio wouldn't work on 1.0.4 before I reinstalled the whole game and went through the process or downgrading :/

I honestly never had any issues with independence fm on patch 4 as far as I can remember. Make sure you have scanned the songs manually in the audio settings from the game.

The mod works, but for some reason the textures take much longer to load. Like i turn the camera and only after like a second the textures load, and its very annoying. I also have a pretty beefy pc so it probably isnt that.

What you're experiencing are streaming/memory issues. This usually happens, if you use too many or unoptiminized texture mods or vehicle model mods that are too huge in file size. RIL.Budgeted can also cause streaming issues, in case you're using that mod. The game is 32Bit and badly ported/optiminized, so yes, it's most likely not related to your hardware, if you have a decent pc.

This Looks Amazing. In a perfect World this would be Compatible with the Complete Edition to save the Frustration and hassle of Downgrading and mod compability. But oh well beggars can't be choosers i guess. Great Job!

Thank you :) Unfortunately there's nothing I can do, since the ENB creator must update his closed source libraries to make it compatible with newer versions. There are ENB mods for the Complete Edition, but they are even more limited than patch 7/8 ENB's. The "latest" version of ENB was developed for patch 4, so we even work with workarounds to make it more or less compatible with patch 7/8. Tbh, FusionFix in combination with timecycle mods is the more interesting way to go, if you ask me. I could recommend my timecycle graphics mod, which is also uploaded here on Nexus.

Yes a downgrade is necessary, if you want this mod to work properly.

I tried to downgrade to 1.0.8 but my antivirus detected by zolika patch asi a virus, and after this, i deleted it.
After I started it in the GTAIV folder via "Launchgtaiv", it worked, but I only had the normal gta without "episodes from liberty city", and it doesn't run on steam either.

So the downgrader doesnt really work for me, that is why i asked if it is possible without it.

If you haven't changed any shadow related options in ZolikaPatch (In case you use that) it should work fine. Make sure that you also don't have any incompatible mods installed (Check the included "Incompatible Mods.txt" file for more information).

That's normal and it's unfortunately impossible to enable both, without having issues. You have to decide what you want. You can either have dynamic headlights or most other light sources to be dynamic, which is the better option, if you ask me.

Does this enb work with FusionFix? I want to get rid of the z-fighting (flickering textures on buildings) and was wondering if that would work on it or atleast if there's another way to reduce the flickering.

Ah, thats a shame. Is there any way to atleast reduce the z-fighting so it's less noticable from up close?

There's this, but it's probably not as helpful as you hope. Unfortunately there is no other fix I know, besides of FusionFix. Alternatively I could recommend to you to try my timecycle only graphics mod, which is even intended to be used with FusionFix. I would even recommend to do that instead. Personally I prefer playing with a z-fighting fix + other shader fixes/improvements compared to ENB presets.

Thanks a ton for the suggestion! I'll probably just use your timecycle with fusion fix instead since fusion fix has it's own improvements besides fixing graphical issues. Is there a way to completely get rid of an enb from the files or do i have to redownload the game?

If you don't know what you're doing it's better to start all over again. Otherwise you can delete and replace all files with original/backup files, if you're able to do that.
