Windows Vista/7/8 should be here: c:\users[username]\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Savegames\user_[bunch of numbers]\ You'll have to turn hidden files and folders on to see the Appdata folder. There's also a folder in My Documents I believe, but that's only used for User Tracks and or settings, not saved games.

author doesnt know sh*t..... found mine in my documents rockstar games GTAIV savegames. save DOES work
