A gameplay gimmick that is rather frustrating in both GTA III and LCS is that the sea or ocean, whatever you want to call the large body of water around LIberty, is not traversable by boat from borough to borough. This mod fixes this by removing the pipes around Staunton Island

A large problem in GTA III is that it becomes impossible to complete it if you by accident either skip missions, then have to kill the mission givers or they change locations and gangs being hostile to you. This mod remedies the later problem
