About this mod
A large problem in GTA III is that it becomes impossible to complete it if you by accident either skip missions, then have to kill the mission givers or they change locations and gangs being hostile to you. This mod remedies the later problem

Anyway, why did Rockstar give them shotguns? If the problem with gta 3 is that, either the weapons are very powerful, or the vehicles are
very weak; or both."
