Hi, so in terms of quality they're pretty much the same tho you can see more of the artwork during the loading screens or splash screens and els... in 16.9 res pack. both 16.9 and 4.3 pack will fix the UI issues where they would get stretched out on the bigger monitors in game. honestly it's up to you which version to use but i recommend going for 4.3 if you have a square monitor or if you got a Rectangle one go for 16.9.
