i got mine from mixmods, idk if the unofficial version here works or not but get the one that says works with modloader, that one is easier to get working probably.
i have this mod and mixmods is shut down so i come here to ask. can i use different vegetation mods with this mod? ive seen somewhere that i actually have to replace files in the xbox mod as if it were my game files? but i only see image files and not vegetation files.
I hope you guys can get the one from Definitive Edition mod, there is an xbox mod that work surprisingly well and look better overall, plus the small size data. I think that mod could be into this one.
sorry for leaving so many comments. I applied the essential fixes first, like instructed, then this mod, and it does not work. It crashes to desktop when I start a new game or try to load an old one. It happens with both the 1.0 downgraded version and the last steam exe (before rockstar removed it from steam) I either get unhandled exception c0000005 at address: 0050c698 or I get the error that Msvcp100.dll is not found or missing. I really want to play this mod but i do not have the know how to fix these plaguing issues.
When I try to run the game I get this error unable to load steamcarcolourfix error 126. It belongs to AVI loader. Do I need it? Steamcarcolourfix was not included in the download and I used https://www.nexusmods.com/gta3/mods/168?tab=posts gta fixer pack prior to installing this mod. The version I am using is: The Unofficial Revision v1.06. Is this the correct version? Custom skins that worked before installing also get screwed up and look mangled after installing.
