Better Survival Modes (and Durability Fix)
Works with Grounded 2 v0.1.2
Mod made because we don't yet have Custom Mode. 5 versions available:
- Overall easier Mild (Easy) mode - all multipliers slightly favor player with needs being significantly less taxing.
- Normal with High Risk/High Reward approach - everything is vanilla Normal but both you and enemies hit way stronger.
- Hard (Whoa!) with Pause in menus - overall hard, but game is paused in menus.
- Hard without buggy permadeath and items drop on death - self-explanatory.
- Hard PotD - when you know you know. All multiplers can be checked with S in game.
There are also 2 versions with vanilla settings for all 3 modes, but items durability improved by x3 or x999 times.
Install only one version.
Installation
Unzip 3 pak/utoc/ucas files from the archive to this Steam folder: \steamapps\common\Grounded2\Augusta\Content\Paks
For GamePass version of the game path is: \XboxGames\Grounded 2\Content\Augusta\Content\Paks
Uninstallation
Just remove 3 installed pak/utoc/ucas files (NormalHighRisk_00002_P or similar).
Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything not affecting survival modes settings.
All my mods work in multiplayer, sometimes on client side, sometimes on server. If you want to be sure it will work - install on both.
