When you say "No Intro" you're talking about the splash logos that play on start up. not like the intro cutscenes correct? if so, this does not work for me, i have placed the files in my paks folder and the intros still show up.
there is no other intro beside 4 slides with 3 sec delay. if you mean long video after character creation you can probably just delete/rename/make empty video in /Movies - that part doesn't annoy me, since it doesn't play on every game start.
