Just wanted to leave this for future generaitons, because the author doesn't document anything in the descirptions: Make a container, call it #, then use left alt and numpad 7 and 9 to operate the storage.
Overall, the automatic injector is a mess. You need to follow the authors manual injection, because after reloading the save a 2nd time, game will crash. Afterwards, you won't be able to load nay of your saves, it will treat it as if you clicked new game. That is if you can even get the injector to work, because it won't work for me. So it's like the old days, you have to beat the entire game in 1 sitting. I can confirm that no version released doesn't have this bug.
So in the end, everytime I want to play, I simply extract and overwrite the settings and the .dll files. Then the errors don't occur. I wrote msyelf a bat script for it, so overall, was a very nice occasion to learn more Powershell and batch.

Might be nothing, tho but I dare say this could be what is causing the crashes. If you even merely interact with the chest, game won't crash upon pressing alt_numpad9. If you don't, it will, 100% reproducable.

Also, it's funny because neither this mod or the original ever mention the "#" anywhere, I had to search in the options file to find it. Was such a pain in the ass.
Yes, you need to change the name of the container, each time you load the game, otherwise it will crash. 100 inventory slots mod might be less tedious to operate than this one.

This should work in the latest version of the mod (1.0.1).
It appears to work perfectly fine now, at least for this case. Loading the save, and picking a chest with Alt+Num7 and immediately opening it with alt+num9 doesn't crash the game anymore.
another edit: still constantly crashing, I only have this mod and the QOL mod enabled so I have no idea why it could be crashing.

EDIT: I figured it out. There's a requirement mod for this mod, the lua-mods-libs mod, that I didn't have installed.

To the mod creator, you should definitely put that requirement under the installation instructions. I found it after troubleshooting a bit too long, because you QOL mod didn't have any requirements outside of UE4SS :'(

Thanks for keeping up with modding this game :) I woulda prolly quit playing it ages ago if not for the QOL mod

lua-mods-libs is not really a requirement. It is built into the mod. If lua-mods-libs is not installed in the shared folder, the mod will use the built-in version.
Is there anywhere I can upload the .dmp files for you to take a look at what's causing the crashes? I would really love for this mod to work :'( because when it does work it's amazing.
There is a LIL FIST in MUTATION. In the old version of the game, using this MUTATION will add a 2% attack power BUFF, with no upper limit and infinite stacking. But because infinite stacking is too powerful, the official has modified it. Now the upper limit is set to 100. And the buff will be cleared when attacked. I thought I could add this feature back via a mod.
