I have updated a new version that strips away a lot of the unnecessary fluff that crept in during the course of Smash N Grab's lifetime. This version brings the mod back to its original roots.
The lack of regular updates on my part meant a lot of bugs and issues were not addressed and somewhere along the way I lost sight of what Smash N Grab was originally meant to be - a faster levelling experience with vastly improved loot drops.
The awakened version should now be up to date for all expansions and updates. This version includes:
Faster levelling
Mob scaling
100 devotion points
Increased loot drops on epics and legendaries
Updated stasher mod
All other features have been removed. I have left some of the old versions available for those that still want to use but they will not be updated.
I truly hope this version re-captures the essence of what Smash N Grab was originally about and most importantly allows for a smooth and fun experience for you guys.
I accidently misclicked and opened the console while playing, and I noticed that the console was regularly generating error messages for unit spawns and the sound effects for the bloody pox skill. I wasn't personally experiencing any glitches that I could tell, but you may want to check into it.
1. all the loot text are all white? when i hover over them it still shows color (yellow, green or blue) but when it laying on the ground everything is white. materials are white, potions are white. any way to fix this? 2. potions won't stack in my inventory 3. if i kill a mob before it aggro (using gun or spell) i won't get xp
Dear moordhuis Could you please provide a short readme on customizing your modification. My end goal is taking the defaultXP version of your modification and slightly increasing the skill-points per level parameter. Aparently modifying the skillModifierPoints parameter value in the following file using a text editor such as VS Code does not give the desired effect: smashngrab\database\records\creatures\pc\playerlevels.dbr
Hey! This might be an odd request. I love this mod, but one thing I'm running into is that I find that the increased loot drops are too much, as I feel like it removes too much of the grind from the game. Is there any way to change the amount and quality of loot that drops?
I have multiple, repeatable problems with "Tag not found" errors. It can occur in tooltips, on skill use, even the evade skill throws a tag not found error.
Hi, I'm using the Awakened 1.2 version and some of the Desecrated devotion shrines that should be showing up in Normal and Elite (as of last game update), are not showing up with the mod.
Is this something that is likely to be updated in a future release, or should they be visible even with this version of the mod? Examples are the Descrated shrine in the Conflagration (next to where you find the Black Legion cannons) and the one in the corner of the Tomb of the Watchers. Neither are visible on Normal difficulty, but they should be.
im trying to use the super charged version of the "playerlevels.dbr" file and i am not getting 10 skill points per level. The increase in exp seems to work bu the skill points dont at all. I installed the mod correctly into the mods folder with no "double" folders as you say in other comments who reference this issue but even if i decide to change the default version i just cant seem to effect the skill points at all.
