1) The mod shows its interesting effects on the Indianapolis track (Oval Circuit), especially with fast car classes like:
Super Tuned, Super Cars, Hyper Cars, Gt1, Gt2, and some others.

P.S. On other tracks, it's not as impressive. I need to play around with different values in the ai_driver_config.xml file.

2) The bots behave as if they are drunk. They often lose control and struggle with handling, resulting in frequent accidents.

3) I enjoy driving either at the back or in the middle and observing the mistakes of the bots driving ahead.

4) In the game, I set: a) Full Damage; b) Easy difficulty (haven't tried others yet).

_____

How to install the Drunk drivers mod:

1) First, make a backup copy of your file:

\GRID Autosport Complete Edition\ai\ai_driver_config.xml

2) Then delete it and replace it with the mod file:

\001 - Drunk drivers and Speed bot limits\Mod\ai_driver_config.xml

==========================================================================================

Speed bot Limit - Bot speed limitation.

If you modify values in this file:

\GRID Autosport Complete Edition\ai\ai_driver_config.xml

the speed will change. Below, I have provided some examples (approximate values taken from my Race Driver Grid mod,
but there should be something similar in this game):

- full speed
- speed around 30 km/h
- speed around 70 km/h
- speed around 110 km/h
- speed around 150 km/h
- speed around 180 km/h
- speed around 215 km/h
- speed around 250 km/h
- speed around 280 km/h
- speed around 310 km/h

A few words about software and some notes:

1) Codemasters converts regular XML files into binary XML. There are different converters to transform bin XML back into
regular XML (which can be easily edited). Usually, you don't need to convert it back to bin XML (meaning that games
from Codemasters often recognize regular XML files).

P.S. I've attached a converter program, BinXML_1.1, which, when it converts bin XML to regular XML, names it as a .txt file.
You just need to change the extension back to .xml.

2) With the help of the JSGME program, if you place it in the game folder, you can quickly switch between mods.
It renames multiple files and allows for easy rollback. P.S.
If you place a file with the extension 1111.JSGME in the mod folder, the program recognizes it, and you
can provide a text description for the mod in that file.

3) Visual Comparer v.0.90.0197 beta allows for easy comparison of two XML files and others. Changes are visually noticeable.

4) Within one game, you can change cars by renaming directories and files. For example, change from:

G:\Games\Auto\GRID Autosport Complete Edition\cars\models\civ
to:
G:\Games\Auto\GRID Autosport Complete Edition\cars\models\brz

In the game, you choose a car, but in reality, you drive a substituted one. The characteristics will belong to the substituted car,
but the sounds will be from the original car.

You can check the directory names for cars (where each car is located) on the website: rallygamer.com in the download section.
They provide lists of directories. You can conveniently view car names and car pictures on https://igcd.net/
In the search engine, type, for example, "vehicle dirt rally 2.0" and take a look.

You can also change cars (by renaming directories and files) from other games that use the same engine.
For example, in the game Dirt Showdown, you can substitute cars from Dirt 3.

Look version of Engine (EGO) here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ego_(game_engine)
https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/EGO_(%D0%B4%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B6%D0%BE%D0%BA)

P.S. I have a CarChanger for RaceDriverGrid 2008 in my cmd. It wouldn't take long to modify it for other games, but it requires time.

Car skins often work for different game versions as well. You can modify the "main" file using the pssg editor program.

Visual Look skin (livery) - cool with soft: 3DSimED
