I haven't tested the patch with that mod but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work well together. If you try it out, let me know.
EDIT: I just downloaded the 3 files for the "increased max carry weight and food spoil time" mod and tested the patcher, it appears to properly patch the files so this should work well together. I haven't been able to get enough people together to actually test the in-game functionality but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work

this mode really looking well but have 1 problem :( im using carrywaigh mode and it s same file with this mode, :( we cant use together, can we fix this ?
I'll have a look and see if I can get it to work with the other mod. Which mod was it specifically? I'm seeing 2 carry weight mods for Greenhell; "Increased Carry Weight", and "Increased max carry weight and food spoil time".
