Idk if this will help anyone else, but I'm throw it in anyway. I've had the problem with the Kurt to Constantin swap that Constantin's hair is still brown. I've done some digging and editing, and found something that can help.
Within the Kurt_Constanti_1.2 file, open up "library_character_appearance.sli". I open it with Notes. Easiest way to find the line you need (the red arrow in the big box shown below) is by Ctrl+F or Edit -> Find
Type in "Kurt" and made sure the Direction is DOWN.
Shown in the picture below, (link at the end if you can't read the pic)
Change that line to: <hair color0="1.000000; 1.000000; 1.600000" color1="1.000000; 1.000000; 1.000000" color2="1.000000; 1.000000; 1.000000" /> (I already have changed the numbers in the pic, so the original numbers aren't in the pic above, but the changed numbers.)
It's not a perfect match to Constantin's hair color, but from all the trial and testing (Which there was A LOT of testing) that it was the closest to Connie's hair I could get.

I swapped vasco and petrus, but after vasco got his new tattoo, his head completely disappeared. I tried uninstalling, saving, and reinstalling, but didn’t have any luck.
JackMarvin, you are a diabolical mastermind, I am infatuated with this MOD. When the game was released, I'd originally purchased and played solely on my PS4, however, I came across one of your (who am I kidding, I watched them all) YouTube videos, with De Sardet and Constantin...My body and mind went into overdrive and I nearly died, right there. So, I've since purchased the game (for the 2nd time) on PC, JUST so I could use this mod. Thank you, from the deepest, darkest depths of my heart, for spending hours/days/weeks/months to create, develop, and manage this mod.
Hi, I love this mod but I'm having a small issue with the vasco to constantin swap. I keep getting weird hair issues even with the invisible hat, but everything else is showing up perfect. Is there something else I need to look at to fix this? Thank you!
Hi. Try to remove other mods, maybe the problem is related to them. Or delete this mod and then return it back. I can't recommend anything else. Since I can't look at the mod in the game. After updating the game - I have a problem with mods and most likely I will update my swaps.

It should get you to the Kurt with this line

Then to the <colors>, then to the <hair line

I can't recommend anything else. Since I can't look at the mod in the game. After updating the game - I have a problem with mods and most likely I will update my swaps.

- And yes, It's possible.But there may be problems with hair and eye color. (At the moment, I don't know how to fix it.)
