If you find the outfit is not tinting correctly because you're loading a save prior to installing this mod, or you switched mod versions, just go into your inventory and swap chest pieces. The tint should correct itself.
This is beautiful work! The first time I loaded the game, I was so annoyed that my noble lady wasn't wearing a dress! I was so relieved when I found this mod, but I can't seem to get it to work for me. I think I've installed it correctly, but the dress won't show up - not in character creation and not in the cutscene (though I haven't actually let the cutscene play all the way through to see if it shows up after). I'm downloaded Noble Dress Starting Outfits Replacer 2.0 and am using style one in gold, though I've tried it with other colors and other styles, but nothing shows up. I don't have the DLC but I didn't see anything in the description that said it was necessary. I've tried putting the .sli directly into the datalocal folder as well, but that didn't make a difference either.
I know it's been awhile and you probably aren't even checking this page anymore, but just in case I wanted to reach out to see if I am just an idiot and doing it wrong. Thank you for your time!
Just found a fix to this, following a suggestion I saw from the comments below by @hobodrink
I open the sli file with notepad, and the first line for me is 《?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?"》 (can't include the parethesis since it will make the line invisible in the comment) not sure if it's the same for everyone but I delete this line, and now it works!
hi i loooove this mod, only thing is... my character is dark skinned, like the darkest the game can and her hand out of the dress is very pale... any way around this? :(

I have a question - i use jewelry replace+dress replace. It seems that once i remove dress mod, jewelry stop working aswell. is it normal, or did i missed something? EDIT: welll i DID remove the main file with all changes necessary for mod to work :D so im fine now!
I'm afraid I need more specifics to be able to help you :( Is there a specific part of the tutorial that doesn't make sense? Or did you follow it alright but the outfits still aren't showing up in the game?
Do you mean the outfit remains the same as before you replaced it, or it's showing up as invisible? If the outfit is the same as before, maybe double check and ensure you edited the correct lines in the autogen_equipments file. If it's invisible, then there's likely an error in the model name entry from when you changed it.
i'm also having the same issue, however for me the outfit doesn't replace the starter traveller outfit and i just spawn in with the default one. I've tried placing the item folder in datalocal, and i've also tried only copying the SLI file in. i also did this with a clean file, no other mods installed.
Anyways, Happy New Year everyone.
EDIT: Found a fix for anyone with a similar problem, you ahve to go into the files SLI file and change this line at the very top of the file to the one below.
Hi! Do you have instructions on how to uninstall? The mod doesn't play well with the De Vespe DLC apparently (makes all the new dlc armors invisible), so I'd like to uninstall it for the duration of the DLC, otherwise the new story npcs look like floating disembodied heads!

is there a way to make a certain gauntlet invisible? i hate how they look and would rather not wear any. or replace them with a hand model? Edit: I found a way with another mod!
