Just go to wherever the Greedfall/datalocal/gui/preview folder is and open the character_preview_library.sli file using Notepad. Change the version 1.0 at the top to 1.1 and it should work fine. That's what I did!
This mod is a lifesaver. I always play dark-skinned characters for my first run in any RPG, and Greedfall's only options being "tan" and "slightly more tan" were so frustrating. Came right to the Nexus to see if anyone had been kind enough to do something about it, and lucky me! Endorsed.

My character's skin tone seems to have reverted to a default paler skin tone for some reason the moment I arrived at New Serene. Any clue as to why this is so? Thanks.
Download the Naut-E Wares mod which lets you go back into the character creator by talking to a specific merchant near the De Sardet residence in New Serene. The problem isn't an issue with the mod but a bug the game has had since launch.

I don't know, Xelatex1 - did you even try this out? To me it didn't work. Looking at the way the dll works tells me why...
The plugin doesn't really merge the files in a code-friendly way, it just pastes one file's content at the end of another file's content. Could've done this by hand without any plugin... Result is the same as using the merge-function from "Mod Slot Support"-Manager: Error message and game freeze at launch.
If I have missed a intriguing point please enlighten me.
