Installation: After extracted, just drag everything from the 80s Miami Vibes folder to your game directory: Steam\steamapps\common\GTA Vice City - The Definitive Edition\Gameface\Binaries\Win64 (if you play on steam)
Press Insert to open reshade menu.
Press Delete to Activate/Deactivate it.
It also includes a classic cinema animation. feel free to disable whenever you want on the reshade menu.
