Bless you for this. I was excited to play Vice City in particular because I love driving around the neon night with Kate Bush's "Wow" playing, but the song was removed. So happy to have it back again.
it'd be nice to have some install instructions. i'll figure it out myself but its always nice to see install notes on mods instead wasting time figuring out quirks for every other game
Wow you are amazing! I really appreciate your work and can't thank you enough for bringing back the original soundtrack in its entirety. Those missing songs were really a bummer and Radio X was not even half as good without hellraiser or killing in the name of! Again, thank you Sir!

Go to the directory where the game is installed and go where the paks file is located:
Example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTA Vice City - The Definitive Edition\Gameface\Content\Paks
Make a folder named: "~mods" in that Content folder
Place the "~mod" in this folder and that's it.
PSA: This is the steam version, So it works.
