In those saves I give you op start and very op start!
on GTAVCsf8.sav you will get all paramedic/firefighter/vigilante missions done but none of the hidden package has been collected.

if you are interested in how I manage to collect all the hidden packages have a video showing the method I did to get to the second island
Iv done it for people who wants to do the story with no holding back! the speed you will spray lance with the minigun is just funny, and considered no burn damage, infinite sprint, jumping taxis and weapons in the safehouse, enjoy!
