   Great Mod, could you please give a tutorial (or point me in the right direction) on how to do this kind of mod myself. I am using 'Game Extractor' Is that the right program to use? Thanks

   Would it be possible to make a police outfit with retexturing? Like the one's the cops wear in-game

      That'd be model work. Textures are just the "paint" of the skin/outfit. Modelling is much different.

   Not working for me.  All other mods in my mods folder for GTA3 DE are working /shrug.
