This script is for Grand Theft Auto Vice City The Definitive Edition.
This Modification will allow Tommy to spawn vehicle or vehicles near him.
It also allows you to change some basic car colors.

This update only adds one feature.
It adds invincible wheels, so the tiers will not brust when hit by police spikes :)
