Hey, so I did everything it said on the description and the game looks exactly the same, am I doing something wrong or missing something? Im using the GTA III one
So Are you Familar With Reshade & Did it load at the top of the screen When it Started? if so Pull up the interface with the home button & Press The arrow keys in the corner Then it changes the unconfigured ini it comes with reshade To what you've added.
Raytracing enabled, how? Not through Reshade I'm guessing since that requires Marty McFly's RTGI shaders (which aren't included in Reshade 4.9.x public version) and no CustomSettings / GameUserSettings will enable RT.
I don't know what to tell you Everyones new to this Theirs alot it's not included in the menus To be honest it is what it is this is unreal after all not some repurposed engine with limited options i'm not trying to lead people on or any of that also lol i don't even have an rtx card i'm not to up on that to my thoughts nvidia disables them now To get you to go pay for an Rtx This is software nothing more nothing less.
Now I did try RTGI since it was required for the presets someone else made to Make Los Santo Great Again i messed with turning off the ambient occlussion & anti aliasing But i'm always makeing reshades Regardless Even if i'm not releasing them & when i switched back to this it was like day & night so i decided to release it Here i am going to have to look more in to RTGI.
Thanks for clarifying and the honesty. :) It's actually a pretty good Reshade preset, but I'd recommend removing 'Raytracing' from the title as it is misleading.
On that note, I do have the McFly RTGI shaders and happy to share those shaders w/you if you want to mess around and see if you can get them working. IMO they are a PITA to get working at all in this game. Way too much noise and flickering even at very minimal settings / ray steps etc and you have to set 'depth_plane_is_reversed' to 1 to even get depth buffer access.
