v1.1 CHANGELOG:
Fixed GTA 3's sounds compressed feeling and random "tick" noises

With this optional fix, the option SFX has been increased volume. Unfortunately i'm not able to increase it too much because of an incoming distortion effect. Obviously you have to replace the old fixed_SA_menuSounds.pak file. Cheers
