   Are these textures upscaled?  How are they in terms of quality compared to what the de shipped with?

      No, it uses the actual master texture and signs have been redrawn from scratch. GSG didn't use the right texture and just picked something which looked similiar.

   This is what's up! Importing OG Xbox textures to this is the real play. I can't imagine how big of a task it must be, but it would be fantastic to see this completed (and maybe Vice City...) Hope you're able to receive some help with this amigo, thank you!
