before update i think yes... bcs i met a guy joined my session with Narmaya 100k attack, and he got 30m honor in bahamut proto... 1 Cagliostro and 1 Eugen 's in our team at that time... I can't think of anything other than cheats and mods that can do that
they will clash (conflict) hence me asking if there was a way I could merge yours with the mod I'm using! do I have to use a tool or could it be done with reloaded II?
Could you please make a mod for Seofon's skill, Seven Star's Brilliance? All I want is to make it so that if you die, it does NOT reset the timer on the skill
I already have this link and it not working to extra ting the skill table, i have datatool dragged into cmd with extract -i “path to data i” then -f “skill_status.tbl” and it says file not found
Ok, removed all mods and just left custom sigil. I am shooting faster with 30% rate of fire than with that sigil removed. So I must have messed up something previously(or had too many mods loaded at once).
SO charged attacks are unaffected byt both quick charge and dark hunteress's awakening+. Uncharged attacks are faster with rate of fire. However 100% and 30% feels the same so there might be a cap.
I just tested rate of fire 50 and 100. It does not make you shoot faster. the combo action is still charging at the same speed. when set to macro with click every 10ms(100 times in a second) the amount of spam dmg or shots fired is the same with sigil set at 10 or 50. The only thing that is affected by rate of fire is projectile speed. Multishot hail with buffed rate of fire basically teleports on top of enemy instead of flying towards it :D
I think the maximum rate of fire is capped somewhere between 30%-40%. My multishot hail also never teleports on top of enemy regardless of what rate of fire% I have, were you using other mods with this?
0,10,20,30 has the same charging speed and the same amount of shots fired in 10s. Only the projectile speed was changing for me. It was visible for Multishot hail on training dummy. Unless cygames means something else by "rate of fire". Their descriptions are vague and inaccurate. The jp text suggests it applied to normal attacks... I couldn't tell a difference on basic COmbo attack (X button). maybe it affects Y finishers ?
