Attempts to fix scuffed matchmaking by allowing the game to join worldwide lobbies.
Normally, the game calls AddRequestLobbyListDistanceFilter with k_ELobbyDistanceFilterFar which only allows matching more or less in the same region. This mod simply sets it to worldwide.
As of 1.0.1, it is possible to set the number of joining attempts before the game gives up.
Features:
- Allows matching worldwide.
- Ability to set the amount of attempts to check for lobbies before the game fails and creates a lobby. Game default is 7-10 attempts, mod default is 20 attempts.
- Ability to set the timeout before a created lobby is disbanded (due to not being filled).Game default is 30s, mod default is 60s. It has been silently changed in 1.2.1, the default is now 60s.
Notes:
- Launching through Reloaded-II is required. Game code is altered and reloaded is required to apply them.
- This mod may break between updates, look for eventual mod updates.
- This mod supports 1.2.1.
