Does this still work? I've tested it to see if there was any difference but the only one I've noticed so far is my melee & ranged crit dmg are 590+ in my stats, hard to tell if I'm doing increased damage in online lobbies. Viewed the BaseStats_BG in Uassetgui because I wanted to make a few tweaks but there are about 70 entries in the Data Table info; values like HealthMax, Damage, etc. increase per number (1-70) so does this have to do with character level or?
