Hi guys, I was able to fix this by installing an optional file which also works as a stand alone. Link> https://www.nexusmods.com/gothamknights/mods/267?tab=files you have to scroll down and download the Cape OFF (New Guard) :-)
Edit: Nevermind, you have to download the one for whatever suit you're wearing. I was wearing NeoNoir so had to install the Cape OFF (NeonNoir). But yeah, it works. Thanks!
short cape option can't be done due to changed "pak" system to new one, it blocked important way of modding this game but you can find at least "cape off" option in my mod BatGirl Nude
Yes thanks, i understand that should be 3 files (.pak, .ucas, .utoc) but maybe there's a way because you start the game with short cape until unlock Nighthood.
