Hey-o! I love this mod, but I'm having a minor issue... the cape itself disappears but the light effect doesn't happen on any suit besides the Beyond suit where it happens like normal. Is just how it is post-patch, or is there anything I can try to fix it? Or am I maybe just stuck with it?
well, damn. i was expecting this mod for a good while and thanks for your efforts, but there is no way i'm turning back to that broken mess of a game build.
Zen Loader is in Hogwarts Legacy, which is 4.27.2.
It has nothing to do with consoles. It most likely is back-compatible. My point is, however, that there aren't going to be that many UE4 games that'll pull that feature.
UE5 forces it.

Removed
32-bit platforms (5.x) - most supported platfroms are currently 64-bit
Event-Driven Loader (5.0) - replaced by Zen Loader
Especially note that the Zen Loader replacement is a Core feature AND that those 2 bullets are the only listed under the Core category.
Hi! Yeah my hairstyle mods are commissions by "notryzer" and last I heard, they are no longer modding GK or any game at all. IDK how to mod myself so I have no idea how to make them compatible lol they're mainly putting Barbara's default cowl and hairstyle on a bunch of outfits that I liked. So when I used those outfits with this mod, the cowl changes stay but the hair disappears, thereby making her bald :(
But yeah you should be very proud anyway. Because I remember this was a mod many people have been asking for since the game came out. I just got too attached to my mods that I can't let them go in exchange for this one. Sacrifices lol
There's the link above, and I used this video to help guide me.
From memory a little bit of it is out of date, stuff like what the options are when you make Steam NOT update a game. Mostly I just stay in offline mode. If you do it right, you can end up with two game directories - one that's up to date, the another that's the old version. By changing the folder names you can change which one you're playing.
hello there... is there any way (maybe a seperate mod..) all im really wanting is the beyond cape on the beyond suit to always be showing, when not gliding... since you have done the reverse.. i was hoping you would know how i could make this happen?

here's to hoping modders can find a way
Because this new Zen Loader method is actually from Unreal 5.0.
That Hogwarts Legacy and this game is using those methods, I have no idea how, because it's not meant for UE4.
The only game that is Unreal 5.0 is Fortnite.

have a wonderful day!
Unfortunately, I have mods that alter Batgirl's cowl/hairstyles across many outfits and this mod makes her bald lol
I do wish they were compatible but alas... it is what it is.
I should probably update with actual instructions because this is more like a mod/article/resource.

I just uploaded a instructions link to a better post. The older one went buggy. (New one): https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/12298278-battle-for-the-cowl/page-35#entry124037055
Edit: It's in the Main Files category.
