Insane? i made all of them first or at least second try (sometimes i got stuck on nothing and the traversal ability shut off) And on top aof that, Nightwing's and Batgirl's Challenges are easier than Robin's and Red Hood's. xD
For the Color Schemes, the legendary Suits with the specific elemental attributes are the only real grind in the game, the rest is done in no time as far as cosmetics go .^^
Aside from that grinding the momentum abilities require some time but it's not hard whatsoever.
For the collectibles there are plenty of guides out there, that stuff is doen within a hour or two.
Reaching level 30 before finishing the story is easy af, just requires you to collect all collectibles and momentum abilities and you're 30 in no time and reaching 40 is done even before you enter the powers club basically, you can go from 30 to 33 with all the trainings available (14/16) and after some crimes and one mission you're 40 and can max out every skill without the need to mod the amount way above the need, you even have 1 or 2 points left unspend in the end by doing everything legit.
If i had played it on PC and not on Console i would've been able to give you mine, but unfortunately that's not possible unless i play the whole game again on PC, in all fairness my current Console save lacks 2 Suit Colors "Kobra" and "Atlantis" and the Batcycle Color "Cool" (Which i don't know how to unlock actually, i've completed every race and every mission so far and maxed out all stats, collected every collectible and nothing leads to unlocking it)
But there are plenty of guides for the collectibles and achievements (If you are after those) and apart from that beating the game legit and unlock everything is pretty easy and doesn't require much grind. you can max out your level with only a few side content stuff before the story is finished and i would recommend to unlock every momentum ability before entering NG+ or else you need to play again up to the point where you are able to grind for them.
reaching level 40 is very simple and fast to do either, doesn't take long, i've made it in about 1 hour or 2 (could've been faster with story content).
Getting the legendary blueprints for the colorways of the suits is not that hard or requires endless grind, you'll get them pretty fast by playing with only one character for some time and you'll have them in no time (swapping Characters staggers that progress, not sure why but it is more helpful to stick with one until you have all colors unlocked and swap between them after that to "grind" your whole legendary set with all of them).
If i had the time (which i actually have tbh.) and the will to play the whole thing again and unlock everything possible (except the "Cool" Colorway for the Batcycle) i could have NG+ Save ready in about a week or less (depending on my effort and will to do it).
But i don't intend to replay the whole thing so soon and instead plan on trying to finish my progress on Console first in a couple of days (currently i'm sticking to MW2 with my friends) and i believe by the time i would take up on that task, someone else will be faster and have a full save ready.
i made this save only to get people start a new fresh ng+, i don't mentioned that i will make this save 100% with everything possible in the game, probally i will finish quinn case file then update it and that's gonna be the last final update for my save.
fair enough but completing the game itself one time isn't a hard task and worth the effort. So i don't really see a point in a save file like this to go around.

The batcycle trials are fairly easy.
So are Robin's and Red Hoods heroic traversals.
But Nightwing's and to a lesser extent Batgirl's are insane.
For most of these I completed them successfully on first or second try without much bother. But wasted several hours on Nightwing's second one.
The warp speed mod for his glider can actually cheat that one. You can fly straight to the finish circle.
But later ones it seems like the finish circle doesn't spawn until you've reached some point in the trial.
I managed to finish his third one but have put the remainder aside until someone makes a mod to eg., increase the time allowed to finish them.
And three colorways require crafting 3 specific legendary suits.
The time required to farm both the blueprints and materials for those is substantial, and not worth the effort until level 40.
So far I've only had a blueprint drop for one of them.
