Rain in this game isn't often very visible, but I've managed to improve on that a bit, thanks to the rain settings the title screen uses. I've made a few additional tweaks to those settings, and if I can decipher more and further improve the look, I'll update the mod.
But for now, you'll have more visible rain (or fog) in Gotham.
Update, new option with the same rain as the original mod, but with heavier fog applied. May or may not hit performance.
In addition, I've also made it so that whenever rain is used, it will be using the "heavy" preset instead of the others it can use, medium and low.
To install, first extract the download, go to your Gotham Knights install folder, then navigate to Mercury\Content\Paks, and place the pack file there, you should have "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak" in the same folder.
