How to install 
1.Search ScheduleData.json and Effectors.json to take backup file. If you are Steam user, file address is below. 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Going Medieval\Going Medieval_Data\StreamingAssets\Data\ScheduleData.json
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Going Medieval\Going Medieval_Data\StreamingAssets\StatsSystem\Effectors.json
2.Make backup of these files.
3.Unzip mod file and override these json files.

It change the trigger of when to sleep and when to wake as below

when to sleep
work scheduled settlers : Try to sleep when they are full exhausted and complete executing task. 
sleep scheduled : If sleep percentage is less than 90%.
anything scheduled : Same as work schedule but more try to sleep than vanilla.
leisure scheduled : Not changed from vanilla.

when to awake
work scheduled settlers : When there is available task and sleep percentage is 30%. If no task, awake after sleep percentage reach 100%.
sleep scheduled : Not only when they are starving, but also awake when they feel lack of praying, entertainment, alcohol after sleep percentage reach 100%.
anything scheduled : Similar to work schedule but sometimes they prioritize finding food than sleeping.
leisure scheduled : Similar to anything schedule but sometimes they prioritize praying, entertainment, alcohol than sleeping.
