Hello there!
The mod was redone to have 2x, 3x or 4x stack size in one file to prevent the overflow values that previous version caused, it SHOULD work perfectly normal now.
Before settlers started to split the goods in smaller portions, that was caused by large stack sizes. That did happen after a large influx of goods was mined, cut down or traded. Silver pile, gold pile were untouched to prevent reaching very high stack sizes. (The safe line would be around 999, but I won't try my luck there. You can edit them to your own liking.
You can edit all json files in Going Medieval\Going Medieval_Data\StreamingAssets.
