   So this dll has to be used with Bepinx? I have having some issues setting up my folders and parent folders if someone wouldn't mind explaining that to me.

   Gender and appearance don't seem to be able to be changed at the moment, unless I'm doing it wrong. Where should my pointer be when I scroll, Ctrl-Scroll. etc.?

   Just here to confirm this still works for 90% on the latest regular branch update (Water and fishing)
   
   For now, I can't get the Religion to work but that's the least of my worries.
   
   Had to completely reinstall Bepinx (5.4.22 LTS version) - so delete the entire Bepinx folder to make sure any cached files are gone -

   I dont think its possible to change hair in game? Or skin and so on. Unless I am doing something wrong :D Will they be possible to change soon?

      I just now downloaded it.  Appears to work well still!  I can modify things in a running game which is really neat.
      
      I am able to change backgrounds too, however I cannot change the Pseudonym field.
      
      Feature request if the dev is still watching: Extending this to animals (especially domestic/pet status) would be neat.
