talking about the latest update, it actually does have but it seems that they change the structure for the files. ProductionBuildings.json is inside "...\StreamingAssets\Constructables". i would take a look inside the files tho cuz i was looking another file here to edit myself and notice that the mod i was reading had a different code from the one on the game. anyway, if i saw correctly, the actual game already include the stuff this mod would add, making it obsolete (not 100%sure about every item but i saw some names on the files with a recipe).
Does higher "ignoresArmor" increase or decrease the damage? Based on that blunt weapons have lower values, i bet it decreases. But then why does the heavy crossbow has the highest value in the ranged weapons?
i think More ignore = more damage , you "ignore" armor, it's logical Blunt have low value :) Try to pierce a Metal Armor with a Blunt weapon to see :) like a Baseball Club
Bold of you to assume a blunt weapon isn't the prefered against armoured targets. Weapons like the bec de corbin feature yes, their crow beak shaped spike, and a straight spike like a spear. But they also have a hammer head. Crumpling metal armour works very well, though it is ussualy offset somewhat by padded armour underneath. The worst weapon to use against plate armour? Scimitars, and other single edged swords designed for slashing.
They don't have the mass to crumple armour. Nor can they pierce it. Trying to stab into joints is your only chance, and not a good one with a weapon not designed for it.
INTEGRATION PROPOSAL : Hi o/ i am Quality of Life author. I'll look to maybe add them with my Mod package, but could be better if you want & can do a version who work with my mod launcher ? (it will not modify original files of the game and if we (can) add new weapons, it's possible it keep working with new game versions).
PS : here is my article for empty mods with my launcher : Article for Empty Mod with GMModLauncher (from Quality of Life mod) Also if you want to try to integrate it i can give you codes to help a lot (it's mainly a copy of what i did to add "rooms" & "storage" stuff & etc. i see you just edited game files :).
Thanks for making this mod, I hope you will find time to update it in the future :-) If and when you do, could you please add the cloth hoods to the craftable items?
