hello, i've followed the instructions but the beard stays original for some reason, any idea on what i could do? this is my first time modding this game
Just finished my first playthrough of the game using this mod from beginning to end. Fantastic work, a simple mod but it fits the game perfectly and shows just how expressive Kratos is in this game.
For those having problems with this mod, clay visual disembodied Atreus and bearded Cratos, the trick is to actually change this "patch-texpacks": [], into exactly this "patch-texpacks": ["../../patch/pc_le/Goatee"], Hope this helps.
When i download the mod it makes the game look like its made out of clay and the beard stays the same as without the mod, but the chestplate and the weapons are gone
I'm not sure about this, the mod only edits the beard textures, it doesn't touch anything else. Are you perhaps using some other mods that may be causing this.
figured out how to fix it u HAVE to make SURE u put the right command in the "patch-texpacks": [] example I have the goatee and older atreus mod so my command is (["../../patch/pc_le/Goatee", "../../patch/pc_le/Puberty"], )
how to fix this.. It didnt work on my end I already added the thing and it made it all look blurry and turned ATreyus into head and arms and all textures turned potato
Im having the same problem and the only other mod I have downloaded is invis chest/wrist armor. EDIT: So I had to verify integrity of files for like an hour and the game fixed itself but neither the goatee nor the invis armor are working even though I followed the directions exactly so I guess I wasted like 2 hours of my life doing this lol
I got it to work!!! You're supposed to add the exact location of the file inside the brackets for example: "C:/Games/God of War/exec/patch/pc_le/Goatee" so it would find the modpack :)
