ALSO every save has Glowing gem of the Nine and Mark of Brilliant force enchantments.

Then you should pick 7.0F True NG PLUS. Save 8 is slightly cheated with +40 stats and max-level weapons. Pick 7.0F True NG PLUS if you want NG+ with level 1 weapons
Save 8 is my true NG PLUS save file, as my personal run it also has +40 in ALL stats. If you want level 1 weapons and level it personally, pick save 1- 7. Otherwise, enjoy save 8's max-level weapons, and please consider giving a donation for some coffee and cookies if you like my saves, thanks.

This is a bit of an odd request, but could you make a version where the weapons are level 1, but the skills/moves are all unlocked if possible? Thanks.
Yes, and in exchange, you get day 1 trainers and fast updates, for example Fling took a few days to get a GoW trainer out, while CheatHappens was out on day 1. Anyway, you do you, but I prefer CheatHappens.
