      Still working, go to "J:\Steam\steamapps\common\Ghostwire Tokyo\Snowfall\Content\Movies" (or wherever your game is installed) and delete all files besides the 5 .mp4 ones. You can also open them and check if they are all black and a second or two long.

   It works fine, people. You still have to delete the original files then press A/Enter as you launch the game to skip the black screens.
