it replaces the deleted files with the last saved steam cloud files, other than maybe a WindowsNoEditor file from someone else without the mod I got nothing
i figured how to get the original back. i just turned off steam cloud temporarily and then deleted the mod files, the originals came back and turned on steam cloud again and made sure to overwrite the could save with local. i hope this helps at least and sorry if it does not
if you install the mod and it bricks your previous save (causing a fatal error crash on load) you will have to remove the mod by deleting the contents of "engine" and "gameusersettings"; not the text files themselves but the text in them
because of this mod i cant play the game it broke it i get a bug called fatal error it cant be fixed right after i put this mod into the files i played for an hour and then closed the game some time later i opened it again and i could not play the game
AMAZING! Honestly I was not expecting much. I completed chapter 2 with 10-15 fps which was very difficult. With this mod I am getting 20-30 fps!! Now the fps may not have improved much but atleast it dosen't lag(sometimes it does). So ARIGATO for the mod.
Thanks for this, sorta picked out the settings I wanted from this file to semi-potato the game. Helps get slightly smoother frames for speedrunning, but some sections still lag. Guessing it's just down to the game optimization itself and nothing any setting or PC could really change.

Yea there's a lot going on with it, even beefy setups are experiencing stutters.
