I used this tool to extract the DataPC_Resources.forge file, but the game wouldn't start when I repacked the file so I had to hex edit it by using the extracted files as a reference. Specifically, I overwrote 68838-TP_Belt_Support_LOD0.data, 1075-TP_Belt_Support_LOD1.data, 1074-TP_Belt_Support_LOD2.data, 1073-TP_Belt_Support_LOD3.data and 1069-TP_Belt_Support_LOD4.data. This was just for the male model though, as the female model had its own set of .data files to overwrite. To remove the belt pouches I overwrote 93625-TP_LoadOut_Visual_ForLighVest_LOD0.data, 93519-TP_LoadOut_Visual_ForMediumVest_LOD0.data and 93516-TP_Loadout_Visual_ForHeavyVest_LOD0.data, as well as the LOD1 and LOD2 .data files for each of these.
I should clarify that overwriting these files requires replacing their hex inside DataPC_Resources.forge with any other .data file's, so long as it fits within the available space. Leaving the hex blank will crash your game.
Unfortunately, this means that the mod requires replacing the entire DataPC_Resources.forge file, hence why the download is so ridiculously large. You can always do all of this hex editing yourself of course...
I highly recommend backing up DataPC_Resources.forge before installing the mod.
Note that certain special belts that are tied to specific pants will still appear as before (e.g. Hill's pants).
