I'll give you an example. Open the folder 'More enemies/DBContainer' and there will be several other named folders. You'll open each one and copy the files and paste them into the game's DBContainer. Each named folder contains the enemies that will replace the civilians, so you can install all the files in each folder.
Brother, your upload in particular drew me specifically to give GR Breakpoint a go on the modding train. Man - this upload is F'ing SPECTACULAR, and is both stable and pure genius. Your approach to take aimless existing ai civ assets and re-use their presence in the game as a replaced enemy combatant is god dam brilliant and beautiful in its logical simplicity. Its one of those in plain site ideas that only you had the matrix'ish vision to see and execute. How you did it, and how any of you gifted programmers pull this kind of magic off is beyond me.
I have to scream to high heaven when something this good is shared with us end users. It works sooooooooooo good in game and brings up the combat intensity without question. The game finally feels alive, and firefights are satisfying and extended in duration. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU. This mod + Spartan is ESSENTIAL for every single Breakpoint player. Unequivocally so. ENDORSED!
Awesome mod but i have a problem when i got this mod i also downloaded this mod Faction Revision so when i open the game both mods are working just fine but ive noticed that the bodark Rifleman is not wearing a vest and a helmet im not sure if anyone is having the same problem would appreciate it if you have a solution but overall awesome mod.
I just played a little bit and realized that its actually the bodark seeker for some reason when i hover my drone on him hes labeled as rifleman i found out cuz hes gun sounds suppressed when he shoots so theyre missing the invis cloak, vest, and helm anyways the game is already hard as it is with this mod and on extreme dificulty so being able to see those dudes is ok i guess. Once again thanks for the awesome mod!
can you increase the number of enemies?! :D Im using this with fear the radio! nightmare on fear the radio mod..enemies..need..more...need that craziness! that says "Dont mess around" but is it possible to increase enemies at like road checkpoints and other outposts? I need to feel that sense of "dont get exposed" LOL
Apparently I'm too dense for these detailed instructions:
Configure ATK: ok got that, no problem.
Unpack DataPC_patch_01.forge: I seems that Vortex File Manager has already done this or are you saying to do it again? Unpack 1_-_DBContainerEntry0x10... : I would but it doesn't exist. Copy the files from the folders you downloaded and paste them into 1_-_DBContainerEntry0x10... : what files and this folder doesn't exist.
If it helps, I tried this without Vortex, it destroyed my game. Had to uninstall reboot and reinstall. So, I decided to use Vortex because in theory it does all the hard stuff for you... except your mod isn't supported, at least not fully.
When Vortex got the mod, it placed a folder called More Enemies into the Game folder "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost Recon Breakpoint" which is where GRB.EXE is located on my system. Inside that is a folder DBContainer and a file "_folder_managed_by_votex". Inside DBContainer are a series of folders I assume are the modded files and another file "_folder_managed_by_votex". After that the instructions fail.
