If you have problems with the Direct3D9 to OpenGL wrapper, try another version. Make sure it is the OpenGL wrapper and not the VULKAN wrapper. There are still problems with the VULKAN wrapper at the moment. Go to the WINE3D page, and select "Older versions archive". Try newer versions before you use the old ones, they are better optimized. I don't know why, but the weapons camo does not apply on my weapons ? Any tips ? Maybe I've done something wrong.
And before you ask, I'm using Brettzie weapon pack V6, so I kept the camo for the ghost and modRC2 that why I got more teammates. I also modify the SAW to add an Eotech scope (can't use it, it just for display for my teammates and for 3rd view).
I think what you mean is because of the Bloodmod. Uninstall it and see if it is still there. Maybe my mod overwrites a file of the bloodmod, so you have to install the bloodmod last. I need to test it myself first. I didn't create the bloodmod, someone else did. :) But my mod works fine, the yellow stitch of the game is gone. :D
mind sharing how you got 8 AI teammates in your game? i see you are mentioning mod rc2, i have it installed but i dont see any extra AI team mates in my game even though i started the game with the mod rc2 exe, how did you enable this?
Apologies but the instructions are not very clear, I put textures inside the textures directory, I disabled post effects from the game. What are the exact steps I need to follow to enable reshade and raytracing in this and how do I undo everything in case I want to go back to vanilla game. what does it mean by "install reshade 5.8 as an open GL game". do i need to install reshade, wine3d and the motion vectors?
Not that I'm aware. I sent the mod author a private message about it the day I posted this comment. Still no reply. Haven't played the game since. It still shows that he hasn't read my message yet.
When I switch to 4k, my screen is zoomed in and only displays the upper left portion of the menu Edit: Fixed by changing scale settings in Windows display settings from 175% to 100%
Probably the biggest improvement after the 8K textures is the yellow tone removal. For the time it was maybe great because you didn't know such effects, but nowadays it's a pain for the eyes. :D Have fun!
Any way to just get the color shading without the ray tracing? Also any tips on AA forcing with Nvidia cards? I tried the tips mentioned online using Nvidia inspector but aliasing still persists. Thanks a lot for the texturea BTW
