i need help please.  i installed https://github.com/Lyall/GoTFix and it says to see GoTFix.ini to adjust settings for the fix,  but what exactly do i need to adjust. I
already have the in-game FOV at 25 so how to i increase it using the
    .ini

Lol you can do this by editing the registry (FOVCorrection, check pcgamingwiki)
and yes it works above 125%

Can you explain what steps you did? I don't see any guide on the PCGamingWiki article for this guide and increasing the FOVCorrection value in RegEdit doesn't actually increase the FOV beyond 1250 (aka 25% in game).

This mod would be awesome if you could fix the fish eye issue as a result otherwise it's pointless. No offense

Fish eye is just a part of using a high FOV. Always will be. The higher the FOV, the worse it is.

Then I can also tell you that there are two types of FOV, characters and scenes.
The farther the scene is, the more serious the fisheye is, and what most players need is character FOV.
So when you want to curse someone, you should do a lot of research, otherwise you will be the one who gets laughed at.

What you're asking for is called camera distance. It would be great if someone could figure that out too because this game's camera is abhorrent in general. It constantly changes both FOV and camera distance, very often to be far too low.
