      so you install cheat engine and activate this Cheat table https://www.nexusmods.com/ghostoftsushima/mods/425
      ofc you need to launch it every time you open the game

    Is it me, or does the haori's symbol still reflect the original symbol rather than the Shimura symbol?

      it can actually happen cuz of some hidden textures and some others we can't edit rn

    The colors aren't accurate, the white and yellow on the arms are more lighter in color. This is pretty good but there's room for improment

    There are a lot of broken textures on this armour reskin; any plans to fix them?

      The wrists, for example, and if you remove the jacket, the textures on the back and lots of the body also do not match the model

    After playing with ths mod i realised some things: The white and yellow parts from the arms are more lighter than Shimura"s. (Still waiting for the black version of this parts xD); the bracers are a bit bugged, but just a small detail; the Yellow parts in the back are more darker than Shimura"s too. 
    Again, i thank you for the patience.

      if you mean a full armor swap (not a retexture) then you have to wait till model swapping is possible
