   damn i ignored the pics once i saw the hats you listed didn't realize until i opened game you meant the improved kensei hat & not the refined variant if possible if you can make the refined variant black that would be cool

      Apparently the mod has been reuploaded and the original link now leads to a different mod. Anyway, link updated to the correct mod. :)

    i hope you see my comment , when i add the files into the pisc folder i can't find the black straw hat , i only find a kensi hat

      The Strawhat file is the Kensei hat lvl 1.

      first can you tell me how to get the kensi hat

   Can you turn the patchwork hat into the hat in the first picture ? Is it possible ? Because I can get early in game then, that would be great.

   Great work! i wish you could make a black version of the StrawHat patchwork from the NG+ (the one with blue motifs) instead of the standard one, because now all the straw hat NPCs have a black strawhat.

   THis file (gapack_bitmaps_h_strawhat_black.psarc) always leads to my game going to a error screen from PS whenever I try and open it :)
