Didn't realize to tell you this before now but there is a mod post here on Nexus called "Save file for all achievement" which gives all achievements except a Legends mode one. It should give you the Living Legend achievement. Don't know if you still want to though, 5 months later...
Perfect save. This is the ony real 100% legit save, would be very cool to have the same but for ng+ with all the new upgrades done, all the new charms and dye.

You'd have to find a modded save then, or be lucky enough to find someone that happened to want to and is dedicated enough to get 100% without upgrades.
Hi,im new to this type of mod and im already on half of the story and i want to install this because i want some armor and too lazy to get them,so if i install this i need to start over the story right?if yes am i able to skip cutscenes so i can catch up with the previous story quickly?thanks for the answer...CAN YOLL PLEASE ANSWER
If you install this then you'll need to start New Game+ to start over the story and get back to your point of the game yes. And yes you can skip cutscenes.
A save file that has everything unlocked including all the NG+ stuff, and the things from Legends that you can use in story mode, but NO UPGRADES AT ALL on weapons, armors, and skills. That way, you will be able to freely do any type of build that you want.
Unfortunately, you can’t respec in this game. So that means for example that if you’ve chosen to upgrade the perfect parry that frightens enemies, or the increase amount of times you slash enemies in duels etc, then you’re stuck with it forever on that save. That’s why a save like I mentioned would be great because then you can do multiple different builds, and then have them on multiple different saves.
