To activate my preset, navigate to this filepath: Windows (C:) >> Program Files (x86) >> Steam >> Steamapps >> common >> Garrysmod >> bin >> win64 and paste the ini file into there. Ingame, activate the reshade preset. Remember to reload the effects if you are using reshade for the first time.
