Anti-Virus shows this to contain Virus or Malware. Not sure why but maybe Nexus Mods can check it out and have an official rep post here about it's validity. Thanks.

Just as an FYI, the mod you mentioned "Unlimited Traits and Expanded Techs" doesn't seem to work, so yours is the only option for increasing trait points.
