I re-released this mod to prevent confusion between the old dynamic surroundings and this version. I put each part of the mod as their own separate mods for a better project workflow, and because the mod was not really focused on the environment. It ended up becoming a magic mod, not what it was originally intended to. Those will be their own mods.
